program description

The Resilient Parent Program (RPP) hosts family engagement activities and services. We focus on building resilience, self-advocacy, and prioritizing wellness among vulnerable families with children ages birth to five. The Resilient Parent Program uses a two-generation approach.

We aim to strengthen the relationship with families and service providers that offer resources to address family needs.

Collaborative Projects

  • This is a monthly wellness program for women and girls. @DanceHerSize uses the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, Dance, and interactive learning to teach women and girls about the importance of health and wellness. The goal is to make health and wellness fun and exciting in a comfortable environment that will foster more healthy relationships and communities of support. REGISTER HERE

  • The coalition serves as a cohort for service providers and parents to engage in data collection and discussions on attitudes, values, and beliefs about power. The coalition creates a shared learning experience for service providers and parents to develop family engagement strategic plans and grant access to implementation coaching to move those plans to action.
